Wir sind in dieser schönen Wohnung zu dritt.
Ich (Nicola/Vormieterin) werde bis Ende August auf Reisen sein und vermiete mein Zimmer bis dahin möbliert unter. Du kannst natürlich auch noch etwas zusätzlich mitbringen, ich möchte nur gerne meine Möbel im Zimmer lassen 😉 Im September ziehe ich wahrscheinlich nach Baden-Württemberg und werde mein Zimmer dann voraussichtlich endgültig verlassen. Wenn es dir in der WG gefällt, könntest du dann das Zimmer - in Absprache mit den anderen beiden natürlich - gerne auch ganz übernehmen. Dann werde ich aber einen Großteil meiner Möbel mitnehmen, das Zimmer wäre dann also höchstens noch teilmöbliert. Aber das ist alles erst später wichtig... Jetzt hoffe ich erstmal, dass dir das Zimmer gefällt - mir hat es immer sehr gut gefallen! :)
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß ~4.5x4.5m plus ein halb abgetrennter Bereich von einem anderen ~2x4.5m. So kann ein zusätzliches Regal oder ein Schreibtisch hineinpassen und einige Extras können im Keller untergebracht werden. Ein Fenster blickt auf eine ruhige Sackgasse, das andere blickt auf den Garten und die Nachbarn. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Das Zimmer hat einen Holzboden. Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Garten, Keller mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Fahrradschuppen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Brotbackautomat und ein Sofa. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt.

We are three people sharing this beautiful flat.
I (Nicola) will be traveling until the end of August and will sublet my room furnished until then. You can of course bring something extra with you, I would just like to leave my furniture in the room 😉 I will probably be moving to Baden-Württemberg in September and will then probably leave my room for good. If you like it in the shared flat, you could then - in consultation with the other two, of course - take over the room completely. However, I will then take most of my furniture with me, so the room would only be partially furnished at most. But that's a problem for another time... For now, I hope you like the room - I've always liked it very much! :)
The room is quite big ~4.5x4.5m plus a semi separated section of another ~2x4.5m. So an extra shelf or desk can fit in and some extras can fit in the basement. One window faces a quiet dead-end street, the other is looking at the garden and the neighbors. The neighborhood is calm and friendly. The room has hardwood floor. We have a shared garden, basement with washing machine, dryer and a bike shed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, bread-maker and a sofa. Toilet and bathroom are separate.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von zwei Bushaltestellen: Ilseplatz und An der Trifft (innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und einem Netto. Es sind ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Biomarkt und dem Wald. Wir befinden uns ungefähr in der Mitte zwischen dem Uni-Campus und dem Stadtzentrum.
We are close to two bus stops Ilseplatz and An der Trifft (within 5 min casual walk) and a Netto. And about 10 min walk to biomarkt and the forest. Roughly midpoint between the Uni campus and the city center.
Unser WG-Leben:
Wir sind ziemlich aufgeschlossen und haben keine festen Vorstellungen von zukünftigen Mitbewohnern. Grundsätzlich verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, vor allem in der Küche, wenn jemand etwas kocht, wir etwas zusammen essen, ... Gari verbringt viel Zeit in der Küche und ist immer froh, wenn er Gesellschaft hat. Wir beide verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander beim Essen, Spielen, interessanten Gesprächen, Filmen, Wandern, Bouldern... Gleichzeitig soll die WG natürlich auch ein Rückzugsort sein, an dem man Zeit für sich hat. Also: wir sind insgesamt offen, wollen aber keine reine Zweck-WG und sind auch keine Party-WG. Freunde sind natürlich immer willkommen!!!
Gari:
Gari ist nach Saarbrücken gekommen, um in Physik zu promovieren. Jetzt ist er fast fertig und schon auf Jobsuche. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Bulgarien, weshalb wir in der WG meistens Englisch mit ihm sprechen. Aber er lernt auch Deutsch und versteht schon viel. Gari kocht gerne, kennt viele leckere Rezepte und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben. Gari kennt sich sehr gut mit Filmen aus, was sich daran zeigt, dass er fast jeden Filmdialog auswendig kann ;) Ansonsten hat er auch einen sehr sehr grünen Daumen und ist für die Dekoration der WG mit Pflanzen zuständig.
Ela:
Ela ist ein bisschen chaotisch, aber auch sehr freundlich. Seit letztem Sommer arbeitet sie als Biologin in der Stadtplanung. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie Pole Dance, Lindy Hop und spielt ab und zu Gitarre. Außerdem geht sie gerne bouldern oder klettern und freut sich immer über Gesellschaft in der Kletterhalle!
Wir beide gehen gern Wandern, und gahen ab und zu zusammen.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du ein paar Sätze über dich schreibst um dich vorzustellen.
Our WG life:
We are pretty open-minded and have no set ideas about future roommates. Basically we like to spend time together, especially in the kitchen, when someone cooks something, we eat something together, ... Gari spends a lot of time in the kitchen and is always happy to have company. We are both happy to spend time together eating, playing games, having interesting conversations, movies, hikes, bouldering... At the same time, the WG should of course also be a retreat where you have time for yourself. So: we are overall open, but do not want a pure purpose WG and are also no party WG. Friends are of course always welcome!!!
Gari:
Gari came to Saarbrücken to do his PhD in physics. Now at the end and already looking for jobs. He is originally from Bulgaria, which is why we mostly speak English with him in the WG. But he is also learning German and already understands a lot. Gari loves to cook, knows many delicious recipes and is up for any fun. Gari knows movies very well, which is shown by the fact that he knows almost every movie dialog by heart ;) Otherwise, he also has a very very green thumb and is responsible for decorating the WG with plants.
Ela:
Ela is a little bit chaotic but also very friendly. She started working as a biologist in city planning last summer. In her free time she is doing pole dancing, Lindy Hop and occasionally plays the guitar. She also enjoys to go bouldering or climbing and is always happy for company in the climbing gym!
We both have a passion for hiking and every now and then go together.
