Dear future roommates,
We have a room available for rent in our wonderful shared apartment starting in March!
It’s a bright 18 m² room with a 3.7 m² balcony, centrally located in Elisabeth-Vorstadt in a 3-person shared flat. Close to the train station, between the Kiesel building and the Salzach riverbank, on the top floor with an elevator. Available for long-term rent starting March 1, 2025.
Total rent, including utilities and household insurance, is €495.50. Electricity and broadcasting fee are extra (currently around €30/month).

In our flatshare, communication is very important to us. We welcome new ideas and suggestions and are always open to conversations and discussions :)
While there’s no separate living room, the kitchen is spacious and often serves the same purpose. When time allows, we enjoy cooking together or going on outings. Of course, everyone also has their own privacy and space when desired.
Both flatmates are working professionals.
So, unfortunately, this isn’t a student flat with wild parties ;)
We are looking for a new flatmate who fits well into our shared apartment. Therefore, we have a few requirements the new flatmate should meet:
We place great value on open communication. A reasonable level of cleanliness and tidiness is also important to make living together enjoyable. You should be willing to follow the shared cleaning schedule and contribute to keeping the apartment clean.
It’s also important to us that everyone in the flatshare is considerate of the needs of the other flatmates.
