Beim Betreten gibt es einen perfekten Platz für einen Schreibtisch oder eine Sitzecke und dann noch einen weiteren, größeren Platz, der perfekt für das Bett und alles, was Sie brauchen, ist! Das Haus verfügt insgesamt über 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette.
I offer a spacious room with two spaces and about 20sqm, very central and bright. When you enter there is a perfect space for a desk or a sitting area and then another, larger space that is perfect for the bed and everything you need! The house has a total of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
Das Haus liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten von der Universität Mozarteum entfernt. Einen Billa-Supermarkt gibt es 2 Minuten entfernt, einen Spar 10 Minuten entfernt (am Bahnhof gibt es 2). Buchhandlungen, Bars und Restaurants erreichen Sie in 2 Gehminuten.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the Mozarteum University. There is a Billa supermarket 2 minutes away, and a Spar 10 minutes away (there are 2 at the train station). Bookshops, bars and restaurants are within a 2 minute walk.
Außer mir, der die Wohnung verlässt, wohnen folgende Personen im Haus:
•Karina, eine 27-jährige Kolumbianerin, die in einem Hotel arbeitet und ihren Deutschkurs besucht. Sie liebt es, in der Küche zu plaudern, während sie ihre köstlichen kolumbianischen Gerichte zubereitet!
•Stella, 27 Jahre, Österreicherin, ist im letzten Studienjahr und liebt Pflanzen. Er plaudert auch gerne in der Küche, das ist unser Treffpunkt!
Besides me, who is the one who leaves the apartment, the following people live in the house:
•Karina, a 27-year-old Colombian woman who works in a hotel and attends her German course. She loves chatting in the kitchen while preparing her delicious Colombian dishes!
•Stella, 27 years old, Austrian, is in her last year of studies and loves plants. She also likes to chat in the kitchen, that's our meeting place!
Im Zimmer lasse ich das Bett, den Kleiderschrank, eine braune Kommode, das weiße Möbel/Bücherregal, den weißen Stuhl, das weiße Regal und die Vorhänge, zum Preis von 250€.
Die Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 667 €.
In the room I leave the bed, the wardrobe, a brown chest of drawers, the white cabinet/bookcase, the white chair, the white shelf and the curtains, for the price of €250.
The deposit for the room is €667.
