I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a spacious, fully furnished room in The Rive - Blvd63, as my exchange semester ends in December 2024, and I’ll be moving back to Germany in January. The lease is available from January/February until July 25th, with the option to extend for an additional year.
My roommate is also subleasing her half of the room. So, if you and a friend are looking for a place together, that can be easily arranged!
Apartment Details:
• Unit: 2x2B layout for 4 residents, fully furnished, and located in Building 1 on the third floor, conveniently right next to the shuttle station. The room offers a beautiful view of the quiet pool area, which closes at 10 PM.

• Flatmates: An American couple studying at SDSU. They have a water dispenser with a built-in filter in the kitchen, which you can use for free. The shared areas include a spacious kitchen and living room.
