Room for professional female wanted! ( Hillcrest,..)

I'm Claudia, 37 years old active in outdoor sports (biking, yoga, hiking, basketball, fitness,...hope soon surfing!) down to earth, peaceful and respectful, searching for a PRIVATE ROOM or STUDIO to stay by 1th June or later, $800 max.
Flexible if needed 3-6 month or a year. 

Preferably around HILLCREST, North Park, Mission Hill, Little Italy or Bankers Hill..so I can get to work cause I don't have a car.

Event Coordinator and Shift Supervisor @ Starbucks. I love to cook, be in good company, but like to be also by myself once and a while. I have also some skills to help around the house as: manual repairs, take your dog for a walk or even teach a language (German, English & Spanish).
