Die gesamte Wohnung hat 120 qm und erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke. Neben einem offenen Wohnzimmer und einer sehr hochwertigen Küche im zweiten Stock verfügt die Wohnung über 2 Badezimmer und zwei weiterer WG-Zimmer gleicher Grösse. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über Waschmaschine und Tumbler.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral in der Schaffhausener Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle, der Rhein und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Die WG besteht aus zwei berufstätigen Mitbewohnern, die sehr entspannt drauf sind, gerne mal was unternehmen oder mit dir quatschen. Bei Bedarf hat man allerdings auch seine Ruhe und die Atmosphäre ist super.
In der WG kommt jede Woche eine Putzfrau vorbei, diese ist in den Kosten enthalten. Alle Kosten sind in CHF.

The appartement has a size of 120 sqaure meters and has two floors. The living room and high-standard kitchen are located in the upper floor. The flat has two bathrooms with washing machine and dryer as well as 2 other rooms (same size) for your flatmates.
The appartement is located in the historical city center of Schaffhausen. Train station, bus station, Rhine river as well as shopping mile & COOP/Manor are closeby (3 minutes by feet).
You'll share the flat with two flatmates, both work in Schaffhhausen. They are very relaxed, friendly and speak also English (besides German, Spanish).
A cleaning person comes every week and is included in the costs stated above. All cost are in CHF.
