A 15m2 room in 10er-WG from 01.03.2025 until 30.04.2025 (**sublet**). Fully furnished with Bed, Couch, Table, Coffee Table, Wardrobe (see picture). The room has good sunlight throughout the day due to the South facing window and a good view of sunrise and sunset. There are 3 bathrooms in the house and 1 kitchen with shared fridge and lots of cupboards. The house has a garden which can be used for leisure activities, BBQ, and hanging clothes, especially in the summer. Room is cozy and very private for those who prefer the silence.
The house locates in a quiet neighborhood 15 mins walking to Campus 3, 4 mins to bus stops and 6 minutes to Roßmarkt by bike. Stores nearby: Rewe, Netto, Rossman, Aldi, Norma.
The house has 9 people who are all from the THWS. We often cook together and have board game nights. In the summer we often do BBQ and enjoy the sun.
The house is cleaned daily with the cleaning plan.
