Full furnished room in shared apartment. Furnitures include a double size bed, a closet, a large study/ work table, bedside nightstand and a book shelf. The room is on the roadside but there is no traffic downstairs. You will be able to use all the furniture without any expense. A nice view of the chilurch plaza is visible from the window.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (0th floor counted) in a renovated old building. It's in the pedestrian zone at the heart of the city. The closest supermarket (Rewe) is only 3 minutes by foot. It's a 3 minute walk to multiple bus stops in all directions and approximately 10 minutes to the train station. For best understanding, it's right next to the Rathaus.
All the members of the flat share are international students. The members are welcoming and open to chat in the kitchen or in own rooms. We often cook together and celebrate small events in our lives. Everyone is also careful aboutveach others privacy.
The kitchen and the washroom is shared and are cleaned by turns on a weekly basis. Common utensil expenses are shared among menbers. Responsibilities for different household tasks like taking the garbage out are also shared according to schedule.
