Hello Everyone,
I am offering two rooms for one person in a shared house in Soest with city registration documents where 320 euro rent and without any deposit. Bus station is 3 minutes distance by foot and Train station is 10 minutes by bus. Kafland is 3 min by bus.
The total rent is 320 including everything even wi-fi also and No deposit required.
The rooms was not furnished. I will keep the remaining furniture but for that i will charge few money.
There are total 4 people living in the 3 stored building among them two are German and two are international. All the person are very peaceful and cooperative. So I think you will enjoy in that house.
There are two shared washroom and a big kitchen with stoves, dishwasher, a big oven as well as decorated with table and chair with all cooking stuff.

Hallo zusammen,
Ich biete zwei Zimmer für eine Person in einer Wohngemeinschaft in Soest mit Meldebescheinigung für 320 Euro Miete und ohne Kaution an. Der Busbahnhof ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der Bahnhof 10 Minuten mit dem Bus. Kafland ist 3 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 320 Euro inklusive allem, auch WLAN, und es ist keine Kaution erforderlich.
Die Zimmer waren nicht möbliert. Die restlichen Möbel behalte ich, verlange dafür aber ein kleines Entgelt.
In dem 3-stöckigen Gebäude leben insgesamt 4 Personen, darunter zwei Deutsche und zwei Ausländer. Alle Personen sind sehr friedlich und kooperativ. Ich denke also, dass Sie sich in diesem Haus wohlfühlen werden.
Es gibt zwei Gemeinschaftswaschräume und eine große Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine, großem Ofen sowie einem Tisch und Stühlen mit allen Kochutensilien.
