Starting in January I will be subletting my flat in Sofia for 2015 - ideally for 3 to 6 months, but can be for the whole year as well. It's in Lozenetz, next to the Chemistry & Physics & Maths departments of the University of Sofia. It's well connected with transport (metro, bus, tram) and 15 mins walk to the city center (plus on map, center is red point) and fully furnished (see pic). The flat itself comprises of two seperate rooms, a livingroom with a kitchen corner, and a large balkony looking over a small street and a quiet garden. Shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and swimming pools are walking distance, and so are two large parks. Parking is on the street, and there is storage space for bikes.
