Wir suchen einen neuen aufgestellten und sauberen Mieter für unsere 3er WG am Marktplatz per 1. März (eventuell auch schon Ende Februar möglich) !
Fr. 560 mit Nebenkosten
Zu Fuss bist du innert 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und ca in 12 Minuten an der Uni. Coop oder Migros befinden sich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben zu Dritt eine Küche und ein Bad zur Verfügung. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zu Waschen und eine Kellerabteil besitzen wir ebenfalls. Das Zimmer wäre mit dem Kleiderschrank zu übernehmen, ansonsten aber unmöbliert. Du würdest mit Justin, einem Masteraustausch Studenten aus China und mir, Raffaella im MLaw zusammenwohnen. We are looking for a new upbeat and clean tenant for our 3 person shared flat at Marktplatz as of March 1st (perhaps is also end of february possible)!
Fr. 560 with additional costs
You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and to the university in about 12 minutes. Coop or Migros are just a few minutes' walk around the corner. We share a kitchen and bathroom. There are laundry facilities and we also have a cellar compartment. The room would be taken over with the closet, but otherwise unfurnished. You would live together with Justin, an exchange student from China doing his masters, and me, Raffaella in MLaw. Have we piqued your interest? Then we would be delighted to hear from you!
