📍Location: 2 min from the bus stop, <10 min to the Uni and the city center by bus, grocery stores (Denner, Migros) nearby. There are other student flats in the same building, the neighbourhood is rather quiet. The forest is around the corner, so if you like to go running or to go on a walk occasionally, that is great place to do just that.

- Washing machine and tumbler are in the house, can be used free of charge
- There are two fridges, so there is plenty of room for everyone to store their food
