Ab dem 1. März werde ich mein möbliertes Wohnheimzimmer direkt neben dem FH Münster Campus in Steinfurt verlassen. Das Zimmer ist nur für Studierende verfügbar, daher ist eine Studienbescheinigung erforderlich.

• Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und Küchenutensilien.
• Toilette und Küche werden mit dem Mitbewohner geteilt.

Über deinen Mitbewohner:
Dein Mitbewohner Mert ist Masterstudent im Bereich Materialwissenschaft und Werkstofftechnik. Er spielt gerne Gitarre, zeichnet auf einem Tablet und genießt die Gesellschaft. Er respektiert persönliche Freiräume und ist eine angenehme Gesellschaft für gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Filme schauen, Fußballspiele oder Gespräche.

Zusätzliche Informationen:
• Internet: 500 Mbit/s und exklusiv für dich nutzbar.
• Zur Miete kommen lediglich die Rundfunkgebühren hinzu.
• Fast alle Möbel wurden bei Amazon gekauft und sind in neuwertigem Zustand. Der Preis für alle Möbel beträgt 200 Euro.

Starting from March 1st, I will be moving out of my furnished dorm room located right next to the FH Münster Campus in Steinfurt. The room is only available for students, so a student certificate is required.

• The kitchen is equipped with a table, chairs, and kitchen utensils.
• The toilet and kitchen are shared with the roommate.

About Your Roommate:
Your roommate, Mert, is a Master’s student in Materials Science and Engineering. He enjoys playing the guitar, drawing on a tablet, and spending time with others. He respects personal spaces and is great company for activities like watching movies, football matches, or having a chat.

Additional Information:
• Internet: 500 Mbit/s and exclusively for you.
• Only the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkgebühr) needs to be paid in addition to the rent.
• Almost all furniture was purchased from Amazon and is in like-new condition. The total price for all furniture is €200.
