Are you two students, workers, or exchange scholars (such as in Erasmus or any exchange program) looking for a new place to live and accomplish your objectives? Then you've come to the perfect place! This newly built house (from 2024) offers you everything you need to carry out your studies or plans in Karlsruhe, whether you are admitted to KIT or any facility in the city. The house is located in Spöck, a remote and peaceful city north of Karlsruhe; you won't be disturbed by any sound when resting or studying. The house is divided into three floors: the ground floor is occupied by your flatmates and you, and the two upper floors by two neighbors. Entering the ground floor, the house offers a modern kitchen (with two fridges so everyone gets an equal space), three bathrooms (two with a shower and one with only a toilet), a living room, and a laundry plus a drying room (both machines included with a small fee). The ground floor is divided into the main floor (where the kitchen and living room are) and the basement floor (where you and your friend/partner will live). Now, your room has two beds, a shelf room, a midnight table, and a desk (an additional desk can be provided for a small fee). Please be aware that the beds will only be given with one-bed clothing, everything else (such as pillows or blankets) must be gotten by the tenants. Additionally, the place offers a small garden and bicycle stand outside the house, so everyone can have barbecues or even start a mini orchard if desired.
As a small reminder, this offer is for two people preferably (it can also be for one person, but the payment and caution are doubled). If you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact me. Dieses neu gebaute Haus (ab 2024) bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihr Studium oder Ihre Pläne in Karlsruhe zu verwirklichen, egal ob Sie am KIT oder einer anderen Einrichtung in der Stadt zugelassen sind. Das Haus befindet sich in Spöck, einer abgelegenen und ruhigen Stadt nördlich von Karlsruhe; Sie werden beim Ausruhen oder Studieren durch kein Geräusch gestört werden. Das Haus ist in drei Etagen aufgeteilt: Das Erdgeschoss wird von Ihren Mitbewohnern und Ihnen bewohnt, die beiden oberen Etagen von zwei Nachbarn. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine moderne Küche (mit zwei Kühlschränken, so dass jeder gleich viel Platz hat), drei Badezimmer (zwei mit Dusche und eines nur mit Toilette), ein Wohnzimmer und eine Waschküche mit Trockenraum (beide Maschinen gegen eine geringe Gebühr). Das Erdgeschoss ist unterteilt in das Hauptgeschoss (wo sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer befinden) und das Untergeschoss (wo Sie und Ihr Freund/Partner wohnen werden). Ihr Zimmer hat zwei Betten, ein Regal, einen Mitternachtstisch und einen Schreibtisch (ein zusätzlicher Schreibtisch kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt werden). Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Betten nur mit einer Bettwäsche gestellt werden, alles andere (wie Kissen oder Decken) muss von den Mietern selbst besorgt werden. ¿Sois estudiantes, trabajadores o becarios de intercambio (como en Erasmus o cualquier programa de intercambio) y buscáis un nuevo lugar donde vivir y cumplir vuestros objetivos? ¡Entonces habéis llegado al lugar perfecto! Esta casa de nueva construcción (a partir de 2024) te ofrece todo lo que necesitas para llevar a cabo tus estudios o planes en Karlsruhe, tanto si estás admitido en KIT como en cualquier centro de la ciudad. La casa está situada en Spöck, una ciudad apartada y tranquila al norte de Karlsruhe; no te molestará ningún ruido cuando descanses o estudies. La casa está dividida en tres plantas: la planta baja está ocupada por tus compañeros de piso y por ti, y las dos plantas superiores por dos vecinos. Al entrar en la planta baja, la casa ofrece una cocina moderna (con dos frigoríficos para que todos tengan el mismo espacio), tres cuartos de baño (dos con ducha y uno sólo con inodoro), una sala de estar y una lavandería más una sala de secado (ambas máquinas incluidas con un pequeño suplemento). La planta baja se divide en planta principal (donde están la cocina y el salón) y planta sótano (donde viviréis tú y tu amigo/pareja). The house is located in Spöck, Stutensee, which is located north of Karlsruhe. There are two possible ways to travel to the city and back:
- The bus line 125 (arrive in 20~25 min.)
- The tram line S2 (arrive in 35~40 min.)
Both public transports will take you directly to the KIT campus south. Also, know that other buses can take you to the KIT campus north and others that take you to the train station in Bruchsal or Friedrichstal Baden. The house is approximately 3~4 min. away from the tram stop (walking). Additionally, a supermarket is just 15 minutes away. away (walking), there are plenty of bakeries nearby, and also döner restaurants.

Ambos transportes públicos te llevarán directamente al campus sur del KIT. Además, debes saber que hay otros autobuses que te pueden llevar al campus KIT norte y otros que te llevan a la estación de tren de Bruchsal o Friedrichstal Baden. As a start, please know that this place is not a fraternity or student community, we will not steal your time or force you to attend obligatory meetings. This place can be found on the official site of Studierendewerk. The house is meant to occupy eight people, including you and your friend/partner. Some things that you should be present is that cleaning is done by everyone since there is no cleaning lady, everyone is free to use the laundry machine and dryer, and cleaning products or day-to-day appliances are bought equally. We also have a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a dishwasher, and other types of cleaning tools. Having the house clean is a priority so everyone feels comfortable and the property maintains its good shape. Some of the current flatmates will be leaving soon, for which mentioning each one is not practical. Also, note that most people here enjoy a nice and quiet sleep, so loud noises at night are a certain no-no. Puedes encontrar esta casa en el sitio oficial de Studierendewerk. La casa está pensada para ocho personas, incluyéndote a ti y a tu amigo/pareja. Algunas cosas a tener en cuenta son que la limpieza se hace entre todos ya que no hay señora de la limpieza, que todos pueden usar la lavadora y la secadora y que los productos de limpieza o electrodomésticos de uso diario se compran a partes iguales. También disponemos de aspiradora, fregona, lavavajillas y otros enseres de limpieza. La limpieza de la casa es prioritaria para que todo el mundo se sienta a gusto y el piso se mantenga en buenas condiciones. Algunos de los actuales compañeros de piso se mudarán pronto, por lo que no tiene sentido mencionar a cada uno de ellos. También hay que tener en cuenta que la mayoría de la gente aquí disfruta de un sueño tranquilo, por lo que los ruidos fuertes por la noche son un absoluto no-no.
