Der Rest der Wohnung ist ebenfalls vollständig möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einschließlich aller notwendigen Küchenutensilien.
Das Fenster zeigt zum Garten, wodurch das Zimmer nachts ruhig ist und keinen Straßenlärm hat. Zudem ist es in den Wintermonaten angenehm warm und schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including all essential kitchen items.
The window faces the garden, making the room peaceful and quiet at night, away from street noise. It also stays pleasantly warm during the winter months, providing a cozy atmosphere.

The building is located on a main street, offering great accessibility. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the U-Bahn station, which takes you to the main train station and the city center in only 15 minutes.

🌸 Alina (25) arbeitet Vollzeit von zu Hause aus und liebt es, zu lesen, Spaziergänge zu machen und Tennis zu spielen.
🌸 Annisa (21) macht derzeit ein Praktikum und liest gerne oder schaut Serien.
Da die WG international ist, ist Englisch ein Muss.
Uns ist eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung sehr wichtig, deshalb gibt es einen effizienten Putzplan. Wir suchen jemanden, der diese Einstellung teilt und gerne hilft, die Wohnung sauber zu halten.

We value a clean and tidy living space, so we have an efficient cleaning plan in place. We’re looking for someone who shares this mindset and is happy to help maintain the apartment.
Der Einzugstermin ist für den 1. Februar geplant, aber wir sind flexibel—du könntest sogar früher einziehen!
Im Keller gibt es moderne Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die über ein günstiges Pay-per-Load-System betrieben werden (nur 2 € pro Ladung).
Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr zuverlässig, und eventuelle Probleme im Gebäude werden oft noch am selben Tag behoben.

The property managers are very responsive, and any building issues are often resolved on the same day.
