Wichtige Info: Das Zimmer kann nur an Studnenten und Praktikanten vermietet werden! Außerdem kann das Zimmer eventuell danach langfristig übernommen werden, wenn du Student der Uni Hohenheim bist :)
Das Zimmer ist in einer sehr ruhigen 6er WG in einem modernen, neuen Wohnheimgebäude. Es sind alle nötigen Möbel wie Tisch, Stuhl, Bett mit Matratze, Regal und Schrank vorhanden.
Es ist sehr hell, aber man wird nicht direkt von der Mittagssonne beschienen.

The room can only be rented to students and interns. Therefore, either a certificate of enrollment or an internship contract is required for the rental agreement. Additionally, the room can potentially be taken over long-term afterwards, if you are a student at Hohenheim :)
The room is in a very quiet 6-person shared apartment in a modern, new dormitory building. It is fully furnished with all necessary furniture such as a table, chair, bed with mattress, shelf, and wardrobe.
It is very bright, but not directly exposed to the midday sun.
Das Wohnheim ist 5 Minuten Gehweg vom Campus der Universität Hohenheim entfernt, zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ist es auch nicht weiter.
Von da ist man in einer guten halben Stunde in der Innenstadt von Stuttgart.
Ein Edeka und Penny sind in Laufdistanz, ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe einige Restaurants, Biergarten und den schönen großen Park der Universität.
Direkt beim Wohnheim ist ein großer Sportplatz bei dem man die Laufbahn mitnutzen kann oder einen der vielen Sportkurse der Universität besuchen kann. Ein kleines Fitnessstudio ist auch dabei, für das man sich anmelden kann.

The dormitory is a 5-minute walk from the University of Hohenheim campus, and the nearest bus stop is also within walking distance. From there, you can reach downtown Stuttgart in about half an hour.
An Edeka and Penny are within walking distance, and there are also several restaurants, beer gardens, and the beautiful large park of the university nearby.
Right next to the dormitory is a large sports field where you can use the track or join one of the many sports courses offered by the university. There is also a small gym that you can sign up for.
In der WG leben momentan 2 internationale Masterstudenten und 3 Studenten im Bachelor, alle studieren etwas unterschiedliches.
Das WG Leben ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Alles in allem ist es immer sehr sauber und man kommt super miteinander klar.

Currently, the shared apartment is home to 2 international Master's students and 3 Bachelor's students, all studying different subjects.
The shared living experience is very quiet and pleasant. Overall, it is always very clean and everyone gets along great.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und die Kochutensilien und Besteck kann mitgenutzt werden. Es gibt zwei große Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrankkombinationen und jeder hat auch ein persönliches Schrankfach was sich abschließen lässt.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller des Gebäudes vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen großen Fahrradkeller den man nutzen kann.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can use the cooking utensils and cutlery. There are two large fridge/freezer combinations, and everyone has a personal, lockable cabinet.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building's basement. There is also a large bike storage room that you can use.
