In our three-story house, we offer a cozy room for rent. The house is suitable for students of the University of Hohenheim and the University of Stuttgart, but professionals, students, and trainees of all nationalities are also welcome.

Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus verfügbar, während Fahrräder sicher im Garten hinter dem Haus abgestellt werden können.
The house is located in a very quiet area in Degerloch, just a 4-minute walk from the bus stop (another bus stop is 7 minutes), with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house, while bikes can be safely stored in the garden behind the house.
