ZWISCHENMIETE: Zimmer in Stuttgart-Ost mit guter Anbindung

El apartamento consta de un salón con chimenea abierta, una cocina con lavavajillas, un baño con bañera y un segundo aseo separado. Es en la primera planta de la casa que compartimos con otras tres fiestas, pero debido a la ubicación de la ladera también tiene un balcón (extremadamente soleado desde la mañana hasta el mediodía!) y el acceso al jardín en la planta baja en la parte posterior, donde es bueno relajarse en las tardes.

The flat consists of a living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and a second separate toilet. It is on the first floor of the house that we share with three other parties, but due to the hillside location it also has a balcony (extremely sunny from the morning until noon!) and access to the garden at ground level at the back, where it is good to relax in the afternoons.

La ubicación en Gablenberg no muy lejos de las paradas "Gablenberg" (buses 42 y 45, 5 minutos) o "Bubenbad" (U15, aprox. 10 minutos) tiene un ambiente suburbano tranquilo sin ser directamente aburrido. Stuttgart-Ost no es exactamente conocido como el punto de salida de la ciudad, pero hay algunos buenos pubs aquí (por ejemplo, el Alte Schule justo al lado de la parada de autobús) y el camino a la ciudad no es tan lejos como podría parecer a primera vista. Se tarda 10 minutos en llegar a Schlossplatz en autobús 42. El barrio tiene todo lo que necesitas: un Aldi, dos Rewes en Ostendstraße, farmacias, varias juntas de alimentos y un pequeño mercado los miércoles. The location in Gablenberg not far from the stops "Gablenberg" (bus 42 and 45, 5 minutes) or "Bubenbad" (U15, approx. 10 minutes) has a quiet suburban flair without being directly boring. Stuttgart-Ost is not exactly known as the going out hotspot of the city, but there are some good pubs here (e.g. the Alte Schule right next to the bus stop) and the way into the city is not as far as it might seem at first glance. It takes 10 minutes to get to Schlossplatz by bus 42. The neighbourhood has everything else you need: an Aldi, two Rewes in Ostendstraße, drugstores, several food joints and a small market on Wednesdays. Highlight: A branch of Königsbäck around the corner, which offers fantastic baked goods, as well as another, smaller bakery a little closer. If you like to be outdoors, no problem! The U15 takes you to the Fernsehturm (TV tower) in no time, and you can even start walking from the flat and be in the forest within 15 minutes. The nearest park is the Klingenbachpark, or, a little further, the Villa Berg-Park, from where you can continue to the Schlossgarten or Rosensteinpark.

Somos dos estudiantes (Jonna y Elisa) y una persona empleada (Timothy) en el GT. Somos un WG inclusivo, amistoso, respetuoso y cálido. Nos gustaría encontrar un compañero de piso que contribuya a este ambiente. Ser considerado, amable y compasivo entre sí es muy importante para nosotros. También nos gusta mantener el plano limpio y ordenado y por lo tanto tener un horario semanal de limpieza giratoria. Elisa estudia la terapia de arte en Nürtingen, que incluye ambos de sus mayores intereses, creando arte y hablando de emociones. Le encanta relajarse y hacer malas bromas sobre todo (no entiende sarcasmo ella misma tho). Y un cuenco de ramen es la manera más fácil de hacerla feliz.

Timothy siempre está ansioso por más y más viajes, que es su cosa favorita para hacer. Siempre viviendo en el estado de ánimo del niente. Además es apasionado por cocinar y aprender idiomas.

Jonna se mudó al piso en septiembre, acaba de empezar a estudiar Bellas Artes en la Academia de Killesberg.

Estamos buscando a un compañero de piso que esté en empatía hacia las necesidades de sus semejantes seres humanos. Esto comienza con pequeñas cosas como limpiarse después de uno mismo, separando la basura y generalmente cuidando la limpieza en el piso y va tan lejos como una disposición general para ayudar si el resto de nosotros se queda atascado. We are two students (Jonna and Elisa) and one person employed (Timothy) in the WG. We are an inclusive, friendly, respectful and warm WG. We would like to find a flatmate who will contribute to this atmosphere. Being considerate, kind, and sympathetic to each other is very important to us. We also like to keep the flat clean and tidy and therefore have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule. Elisa studies art therapy in Nürtingen, which includes both of her biggest interests, creating art and talking about emotions. She’s loves to just chill and make bad jokes about everything (doesn’t understand sarcasm herself tho). And a bowl of ramen is the easiest way to get her happy.

Timothy is always craving for more and more trips, which is his favorite thing to do. Always living in dolce far niente mood. Besides that he is passionate about cooking and learning languages.

Jonna moved into the flat in September, she just started studying Fine Arts at the Academy on Killesberg.

We are looking for a flatmate who is empathetic towards the needs of his/her fellow human beings. This starts with small things like cleaning up after oneself, separating rubbish and generally taking care of the cleanliness in the flat and goes as far as a general willingness to help if the rest of us get stuck. Tolerance towards alternative lifestyles and a fundamental anti-fascist attitude go without saying. Openness towards other opinions and enjoyment of discussion is good, but please no tinfoil conspiracy theories.
