There is another room for rent, that goes to the street side: 10 sq for 350 €
The house is in perfect location on the border of Heumaden. The subway station "Heumaden" is only 5 minutes to go. Its about 40 min to the campus in Vaihingen, 20 min into the city and and half an hour to the campus in the city. The Busline 65 to Esslingen is also only 5 minutes away. There in a Rewe, Penny, Backery etc. close by. The whole area is very green and you are in just a few minutes in the forrest.
One of the landlords also lives in the house
