Dear interested people,
my flatmate and I are looking for a kind, clean and chilled person who needs a central place in Stuttgart for 6,5 weeks in summer. I will be abroad and leave my room therefore for "Zwischenmiete" from 19th July - 3rd September 2024.
The flat/WG is meant for 3 people, but we live here with only 2, cause we use the extra room as a living room, workout place, dance studio, office and guest room. Our flat is quite big. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which has a big bath tub. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dish washer, waching machine, dryer, coffee machine and everything else you might need. We have a small balcony which we just renovated a few weeks ago.
There is a basement where you can also store some things you don't need but will take with you after you leave.
You would stay in my room, but can, of course, also use the living room and all the other shared rooms.
The rent for you is 600€ per month including all costs. There is a 200€ security deposit which you will get back after you move out.
The total rent is 940€ for the whole time (19th July - 3rd September 2024), +200€ security deposit.
The room is very comfortable with a 1,80 m bed and a big closet where I will make some space for you, so you can put your clothes in it. There are roller shutters to keep it dark, but also there are curtains so the neighbors can't see right through during the day.
We would be happy to get to know you to share our home during the summer with you.
We are not looking for someone who is not interested in interacting with my flatmate.

The bus stop is 5 min walking away, the metro station "Marienplatz" is 7 minutes walking from here. With the metro you are in 3 stations at the center of Stuttgart (Charlottenplatz). The bus takes you withing 10-15 minutes to Charlottenplatz (center). You can also walk, which is like 30-35 minutes.
There are nice restaurants and bars here in Stuttgart Süd. Tübinger Straße and Marienplatz have a lot to offer, if you like to go to bars and cafés. The forest can be reached within a 10 minute walk up the hill.
Rewe, Lidl and Norma, dm, bakeries, etc. can be found all within a range of a 5-10 minute walk.
If you bring a bike, you can leave it in the patio, where you can lock it.
I am 30 years old and have been living in this flat for . My flatmate is a Belgian guy from Uruguay, he is 36 years old. He speaks fluent German, Spanish, French and English. He is working and studying, just like me. We have a good friendship and value a tidy, clean home and share responsibilities in the house. He is very kind, sporty and we like to cook together, to play games together and to hang out with friends. We're not really party people, so at our home we usually keep it quiet. But we like to have a glass of wine at night and talk about love, traveling and more.
