Die Wohnung hat 5-Zimmer eine Küche mit EBK, ein WC und eine Dusche. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum, der sich außerhalb der Wohnung befindet auf der gleichen Etage (die WG nutzt diesen Raum, als Putz-/Waschraum). Im 2. UG gibt es noch einen Kellerraum, wo man gegebenenfalls auch noch Dinge abstellen könnte.
Im Hinterhof, kann man einen Außenstellplatz für 80€ im Monat mieten oder auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 100€ im Monat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist hervorragend. Die U-Bahnstation "Stadtbibliothek" ist innerhalb wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist innerhalb 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf der anderen Straßenseite (Milaneo).
Kulturelle als auch soziale Angebote sind auf Grund der guten Lage in nächster Nähe, sowie die medizinische Versorgung, als auch Schulen, Kindergärten und Naherholungsgebiete.
Aktuell leben 5 Personen in der WG. Zwei davon werden Anfang nächstes Jahres ausziehen, weshalb zwei Zimmer frei werden (falls man Interesse hätte am anderen Zimmer gerne melden!). Du wirst dann also zu Yeli Murphy in die WG ziehen.
Murphy ist Musiker, Yeli macht eine Ausbildung. Es ist also eine sehr gemischte, liebevolle WG!!
