The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. There are two showers and two toilets, which we split by gender. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle and microwave, and we share dishes and cooking tools.
The room I’m offering is to the left when you enter the flat. It has a window, radiator, desk, bed, wardrobe, and a shelf. The rent is €394 per month, and it includes all utilities such as water and heating. And you need to pay about €6 more (broadcasting fee)
The flat is a 4-minute walk from the nearest U-Bahn station, and it’s only two stops from the central station.
I should also mention that I will be in Korea when you move out, so you will need to restore the room to its original condition and confirm with me. The building manager will inspect the room after you move out, and I’ll be refunded the deposit. Please ensure the room’s condition is confirmed with me after cleaning.
The room is approximately 15 square meters, which is a comfortable size for one person. It provides enough space for daily activities and essentials, making it ideal for a single occupant.
There are 2 women and 3 men living except me. Some of them are fluent in German and we usually communicate in English
There's no heating charge, there's a 6 euro broadcast subscription fee, and if you want to use the internet, you'll have to sign up for selfnet, so you'll have to pay 9.5 euros
