Besides your own private room (completely furnished) there is an open conept kitchen including dining aera and living room.
Additionally there is a small but lovely garden and court which might be used for barbeque or chilling.
When watching pictures : It is the room called Eckzimmer
Possibly another room might be rented out from October first. But this is not confirmed now
In the flat you will find :
washing maschine and laundry dryer.
kitchen with dish washer (very important ;-))
high speed internet
sitting room with TV and suround sound
dining area
and all that stuff you need like cutlery, dishes, pans, towels, and so on.
In the mentioned no additional costs - everything is included.

The flat is about 50 m from the next U.Bahn station,. It takes about 20 min to main station odr 30 minutes to the campus at Vaihingen.
It is very silent. You do not hear traffic.
Indoor swimming pool and fitness center easily to be reached by feet.
About five minutes by feet are vineyards and behind them forrest. So this a perfect for jogging or strolling
Three persons are usually sharing the flat. . Possibly soon you?
This room is perfect for students or trainees from outside Stuttgart or abroad who stay here a limited time since there is everything you might need including towels and bed linen.
Surely this is not a limitation :)
Behind the house is a small nice garden. Table and benches for barbecue are shared by all people living in this house.
I inted to rent out for a complete price: Rent including additional costs. Just in case of extreme inflation we need to find an agreement.
