WG 10min zum Schlossplatz sucht herzlichen Zuwachs

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut – echt jetzt.

Zur Anbindung = Wir haben den 42er Bus zwei Häuser weiter, so ist es nicht laut und trotzdem ist man gleich an der Haltestelle (Straußstaffel). Er fährt dich in 6 min zum Olgaeck/Charlottenplatz.
In 8 min ist gleich der 40er (Tunnel Ostportal). Von dort sind es zwei Stationen zum Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du sowieso eigentlich immer gleich überall.
Im Hinterhof ist noch eine Überdachung für Fahrräder.

Zur Umgebung = Wir sind der pure Osten. Vor der Tür sind die Treppen zur Straußstaffel, einer der Aussichtspunkte die echt top sind aber nicht ganz so überlaufen. Uhlandshöhe, Eugensplatz und Ostendplatz sind auch nicht weit weg.

Zum Einkaufen = 10min zu Fuß oder 3min mit dem Bus/Rad und du bist gleich an einem Aldi. Wenn du im Bus sitzen bleibst kommst du an zwei Rewe raus. In die andere Richtung, am Olgaeck, ist ein Lidl. Im Nachbarhaus haben wir einen kleinen Miniladen/Bäcker und *absoluter Bonus* einen Post-Paketshop. Kein nerviges Laufen zur überfüllten Postfiliale...

Momentan wohnen hier Alexis und Malek.

Bisher ist hier zwischen uns eine herzliche und offene Stimmung, welche wir so unbedingt in der Wohnung erhalten wollen. Wir leben bisher nach dem Motto, alles kann, nichts muss. Hast du Bock abzuhängen findet sich jemand. Und hast du lieber Lust (oder auch das Bedürfniss) auf Ruhe, dann kannst du auch die jederzeit haben.

Und dann noch ein bisschen zu uns:

Ich (Alexis) bin 30 Jahre alt, jobe/reise noch etwas bevor ich im August einen neuen Job anfange. Sonst liebe ich Lesen, Spazierengehen, Meditieren, feiern habe gern Zeit auch für ich und male gerne…so viel und trotzdem, 80% der Tage vertrödelt man doch wieder vorm PC mit irgendeinem Shit…irgendwie also so, man kennts...

Ich (Malek) bin 28 Jahr alt, studiere momentan Mechatronik und Robotik und ich Arbeite neben dem Studium als Werkstudent. Wenn du mich also tagsüber nicht erwischt, bin ich bei einem chilligen entspannten Abend bei dem einen Bier oder Glas Wein zu haben. Zu meiner Person würde ich sagen, dass ich ein aufgeschlossener und energiereicher Mensch bin. Hobbys habe ich eigentlich viele, ich koche sehr gerne aber ungerne nur für mich selbst, gucke gerne Filme, höre viel Musik, treffe mich auch gerne mit Freunden und gehe auch ab und zu feiern. Mehr erfährst du während der Besichtigung :)

Die Miete sind 440€ warm mit allem drum und dran. Du hast dann einen Untermietvertrag mit mir (Alexis).

Beschreibe dich ein bisschen, wie du einschätzt und was du magst…UND nenn uns mal eine Sache die dich beim zusammenwohnen so richtig auf die Palme bringt und eine die du schön findest.

PS: Noch ein kurzes Wort zum Putzen, Orgazeug etc.:

Wir übertreibens nicht. Aber: es sollte schon selbstverständlich für dich sein, irgendwann nach dem Kochen mal kurz über die Arbeitsplatte zu wischen oder dass jede*r so ein bisschen nach dem selbst gemachten Dreck schaut.
Wir wollen jemand, der*die mitdenkt und nicht Dinge liegen lässt, bis sich jemand anderes erbarmt.
Leider haben wir auch schon Erfahrungen mit Mitbewohner*innen gemacht, die das einfach nicht hinbekommen.
Also bitte meldet euch nicht, wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, ihr seid eine Person, welche stark verpeilt ist.

ROOM

It is about an unfurnished, rectangular room in a large 3-person shared apartment. So the furniture in the pictures does not stay in the room.
It is a corner room with 14 sqm and is located at the back end of the apartment. The floor is laminate and it has a large double window facing south. The window also has foldable, external shutters and an additional roller shutter.

We then have a wide hallway, a separate toilet, a bathroom with washing machine and shower, as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and a gas stove (best!). On it a small balcony.



LOCATION

We are very good located.

Public transport = We have the bus 42 two houses further, so it is not loud and yet you are right at the stop (Straußstaffel). It will take you downtown in 6 minutes.
8 minutes from home is the line 40 (Tunnel Ostportal). From there it is two stops to the main station (or further into the city).

About the surrounding = In front of the house are the stairs to the Straußstaffel, one of the viewpoints that are really great but not super overcrowded ...Ostendplatz and Eugensplatz are also not far away (10min).

For shopping = 10min on foot or 3min by bus and you are at Aldi (+vegetable / fruit shop). If you stay on the bus you come out at Ostendplatz where the Rewe is. In the other direction, at Olgaeck, is a Lidl. In the house next door we have a small mini-shop with baked goods and a parcel station.



LIVING

At the moment Alexis and Malek live here.

So far there has been a warm and open atmosphere between us, which we really want to maintain in the apartment. We live by the motto: All things optional, nothing is a must. If you feel like hanging out, you'll find someone. And if you prefer (or even need) peace and quiet, you can have that at any time.

And then a little about us:

I (Alexis) am 30 years old, I'm working/traveling for a while before I start a new job in August. Otherwise I love reading, going for walks, meditating, partying and painting... so much and still, 80% of the days you waste time in front of the PC with some shit...you know it...

I (Malek) am 28 years old, currently studying mechatronics and robotics and I work as a working student alongside my studies. So if you don't catch me during the day, I'm available for a chilled, relaxed evening with a beer or glass of wine. About myself, I would say that I am an open-minded and energetic person. I actually have a lot of hobbies, I like to cook very much, but I don't like it just for myself, I like to watch films, listen to a lot of music, I also like to meet up with friends and go out to parties every now and then.




OTHER

The rent is 440€. You will have a sublease contract with me (Alexis).

Describe yourself a bit, what you like and what you don't ... AND tell us something that really pisses you off living together with others and one thing that you really like about it.

PLEASE NOTE
A quick word about cleaning and chaos:

We don't exaggerate. But: it should be a matter of course for you to wipe the kitchen worktop at some point after cooking or for everyone to look at the dirt you have made by yourself.
We want someone who thinks for themselves and doesn't leave things until someone else takes pity on it.
Unfortunately, we've also had experiences with roommates who simply can't manage after 3 months to close the window at night in winter, or left everything on the floor and so on...

So please don't get in touch if you feel like you're a person who's very unorganized.
