Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich auf der Halbhöhe in Stuttgart Ost, angrenzend an Stuttgart-Mitte. Von hier aus gibt es ein schöne Landschaft der Stuttgarter Innenstadt zugenießen.
Es gibt 3 Zimmer in der Wohnung, ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Darüber hinaus Badezimmer mit einen Waschraum. Die gesamte Fläche der Wohnung beträgt ca. 70qm. Der Boden in allen Wohnräumen ist mit Parkett ausgelegt. Eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion und einen Geschirrspüler sind bereits vorhanden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich ausgerichtet mit einem großen Fenster. Du bekommst vom Vermieter einen Kleiderschrank vor dem Zimmertür zur Verfügung gestellt. So sparst du Platz in deinem Bereich und brauchst auch keinen Kleiderschrank mehr, außer du magst einen. Und alle Möbeln auf den Fotos könnten bei Bedarf vom ehemaligen Mieter gekauft werden.
The whole apartment is located on a hillside in Stuttgart Ost, adjacent to Stuttgart-Mitte. From here you could enjoy the nice scenery of Stuttgart city.
There are 3 rooms in the apartment, a large and bright living room, and 2 bedrooms. In addition, there is a bathroom with a washroom. The total area is approximately 70sqm. The floors are covered with parquet in all living rooms. A washing machine with dryer functiom and a dishwasher are provided.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a large window. A wardrobe in front of the room door along the corridor will be provided by the landlord. This saves you space in your area and you no longer need a wardrobe unless you like one. And all the furniture in the photos would be possible to buy from the former tenant if you needed.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig, komfortabel und zentral. Die Hausgemeinschaft versteht sich gut. Zum Stuttgarter HBF sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Staatsgalerie“ ist in sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt in weniger als 10 Minuten. Der Mittlere Schlossgarten ist in der Nähe, wo du bequem spazieren gehen oder dich in der Natur sportlich betätigen kannst.
The location is perfect. It is quiet, comfortable, and central. The house community gets along well. It just takes 10 minute's walk to the Stuttgart HBF. The ’ Staatsgalerie’ U-Bahn stop can be reached in seven minutes on foot, and the city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The Mittlerer Schlossgarten is near, where you could walk or do sports in nature easily :)
Im Moment wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammen. Sie wird in eine andere Stadt ziehen und daher leider Ende März ausziehen. Ich bin 30 und arbeite hauptberuflich als Architektin in Stuttgart. Meistens werde ich im Büro arbeiten und abends zurück sein, dass heißt falls du im Home Office arbeiten wirst, kannst du gerne das Wohnzimmer als temporäres Büro nutzen, da wir das Wohnzimmer gemeinsamen teilen werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich schön. Es gibt einen langen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder Essen und ein schönes Sofa zum Entspannen und Filme schauen. Ich hoffe, du wirst auch die freundliche Umgebung genießen können und dich frei fühlen den Raum neu mit mir zu organisieren.
At the moment I lived with my roommate. She will move to another city therefore unfortunately, moving out by the end of March. Currently, I am 30 and work full-time as an Architect in Stuttgart. Most of the time I will work in the office and be back in the evening, so if you are going to work in the home office, you are welcome to use the living room as a temporary office, as we will share the living room together. The living room is really nice. There is a long table for both working or eating and a nice sofa to relax and watch a movie. Hope you will enjoy the friendly environment and feel free to reorganise the space.
