wir vermieten ein schönes Zimmer in einer sehr netten 6er WG mit unbefristetem Mietvertrag. Zum Zimmer gehört ein kleiner unterirdischer Garten (weil Kellerzimmer).
Wir haben ein großes gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, eine Garage für Fahrräder, einen Garten mit Terrasse, in dem wir im Frühjahr/Sommer gerne Gemüse anbauen, 2 Bäder und zusätzlich ein kleines WC, sowie eine kleine Teeküche. Die WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Möbeln, Waschmaschine etc.
Parkplätze gibts in unserer Einfahrt.
Dear room seekers,
we rent a nice room in a very nice flat-sharing community of 6 with a permanent tenancy agreement. The room has a small underground garden (because it is a basement room).
We have a large communal living room, a large kitchen including dishwasher, a garage for bicycles, a garden with terrace where we like to grow vegetables in spring/summer, two bathrooms and additionally a small toilet, as well as a small kitchenette. The flat is fully equipped with furniture, washing machine, etc.
Parking spaces are available in our driveway.
Die Uni Hohenheim erreicht man von unserer WG in ca. 10-15 min mit dem Fahrrad oder in 20 min zu Fuß.
Außerdem ist die Bushaltestelle Plieningen Post in 3 min erreichbar. Von dort fahren regelmäßig Busse zur Uni oder in die Stadt. Der Netto in Plieningen ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The room is best suited for students of the University of Hohenheim. The University of Hohenheim can be reached from our shared flat in approx. 10-15 min by bike, in 20 min on foot or in 3 min by bus, which runs regularly. There is a good bus connection to Stuttgart. The Netto supermarket in Plieningen is also a 5-minute walk away.
Und nun zu uns... Aktuell sind wir eine Mischung aus Bachelor-, Master und Ex-Masterstudenten an der Uni Hohenheim. Außerdem wohnt noch ein kleiner Hund (ohne Schulabschluss) bei uns, der sehr gerne mal gestreichelt wird.
Dadurch, dass wir zu sechst sind ist eigentlich immer jemand da. Grundsätzlich sind wir alle sehr offen und diskutieren auch gerne mal über alles Mögliche oder sitzen einfach nett zusammen.
Wir haben natürlich auch einen Putzplan und sehen es als selbstverständlich an, dass der auch erledigt wird.
Außerdem freuen wir uns über Mitbewohner, die Lust haben sich im Garten oder Haus mit einzubringen.
And now about us... We are currently a mixture of Bachelor, Master and ex-Master students at the University of Hohenheim. We also have a little friendly dog.
Since there are six of us, there is always someone around. Basically, we are all very open and like to discuss all kinds of things or just sit together.
Of course, we also have a cleaning schedule and see it as a matter of course that it gets done.
We are also happy to welcome flatmates who would like to help out in the garden or house.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib uns ein bisschen über dich, was du machst, womit du deine Freizeit gerne verbringst, was dir wichtig ist beim WG-Leben und wir melden uns bei dir. Da es vermutlich viele Anfragen werden, bitte an den Anfang der Nachricht das Wort "Rhabarbarkomplott" schreiben, damit wir wissen, dass du bis hierher gelesen hast. ;)
