Unsere 2018 renovierte WG liegt im Süden Stuttgarts direkt am Erwin-Schöttle-Platz. Alle Zimmer haben einen direkten Blick auf den Platz und die Kirche.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 110 qm über zwei Stockwerke verteilt, hat 2,5 Bädern inkl. Waschmaschine (so kommt man sich nie in die Quere), einer Loggia auf der obersten Etage und vier einzelne Zimmer (Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer).
Die Küche ist vollständig mit einer Kühl und Gefrierkombination, einer Spülmaschine und Schränken, die viel Stauraum bieten, ausgestattet. Im Hof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
Dein Zimmer hat 18 qm und liegt auf der oberen der beiden Etagen. Auf der Etage befindet sich noch ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, sowie die Loggia und das Bad mit Dusche.
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und hat zwei Fenster Richtung Süd-Osten, somit kommt morgens und tagsüber immer schön viel Licht rein.

Our shared flat, renovated in 2018, is located in the south of Stuttgart directly on Erwin-Schöttle-Platz. All rooms have a direct view of the square and the church.
In total, the flat has 110 sqm spread over two floors, has 2.5 bathrooms incl. washing machine (so you never get in each other's way), a loggia on the top floor and four individual rooms (bedroom/living room).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and cupboards offering plenty of storage space. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.
Your room has 18 sqm and is located on the upper of the two floors. There is another small room on this floor, as well as the loggia and the bathroom with shower.
The room is rectangular and has two windows facing south-east, so there is always plenty of light in the morning and during the day.
Die WG liegt etwa eine Minute zu Fuß von der Bahnhaltestelle Erwin-Schöttle-Platz entfernt. Von unserer Loggia aus blicken wir über einige Bäume direkt auf die Kirche. Ganz unten gibt es ein Restaurant, das afrikanisches Essen anbietet. Von Lärm oder ähnlichem bekommen wir gerade oben allerdings wenig mit. Durch die direkte Nähe zum Marienplatz sind sowohl Supermärkte als auch Ärzte, Cafés und Kneipen direkt um die Ecke. Mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
Auf dem Erwin-Schöttle-Platz treffen sich abends gerade im Sommer immer viele Leute und quatschen, trinken ein Bierchen oder spielen eine Runde Boule.
Ansonsten gibt es in dem Viertel viele WGs und Familien, sowie kleine Läden und die Fahrraddurchgangsstraße Richtung Innenstadt.

The WG is about a minute's walk from the Erwin-Schöttle-Platz train station. From our loggia, we look over some trees directly onto the church. At the bottom, there is a restaurant that serves African food. However, we don't hear much noise or anything similar upstairs. Because of the direct proximity to Marienplatz, supermarkets as well as doctors, cafés and pubs are just around the corner. The city centre is only 5 minutes away by train or bicycle.
In the evenings, especially in summer, many people meet on Erwin-Schöttle-Platz to chat, drink a beer or play a game of boules.
Otherwise, there are many shared flats and families in the neighbourhood, as well as small shops and the bicycle thoroughfare towards the city centre.
Aktuell wohnt noch Conor in der WG. Er arbeitet in der Automobilindustrie und ist ein entspannter und umgänglicher Typ.
Da die WG zum 30.10. aufgelöst wird, suchen wir nun noch Leute, die Lust haben bis dahin die Lage der WGam Erwin-Schöttle Platz zu genießen und entspannt unterwegs sind.

Conor is currently living in the flat-share. He works in the automotive industry and is a relaxed and sociable guy.
Since the flat-sharing community will be dissolved on 30 October, we are now looking for people who would like to enjoy the location of the flat-sharing community at Erwin-Schöttle Platz until then and who are relaxed on the road.
Das Zimmer steht ab sofort zur Verfügung und wird bis 30.10. vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Wenn kein Interesse an den verbleibenden Möbeln besteht, können diese auch enfernt werden.
