Das Haus liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Marienplatz entfernt. Von dort kannst du bequem die U-Bahn nehmen oder mit dem Bus zur S-Bahn-Station in Feuersee fahren (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Stadtzentrum erreichst du ebenfalls in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Nähe findest du zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Lidl (3 Minuten), REWE (3 Minuten) und Netto (4 Minuten). Außerdem ist das Fitnessstudio FIT/ONE in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Verschiedene Restaurants laden ebenfalls in der Umgebung zum Verweilen ein.

The house is just a 5-minute walk away from Marienplatz. From there you can take the U-Bahn or the bus to the S-Bahn station in Feuersee (15 minutes on foot). You can also reach the city centre in just 15 minutes by foot.
There are numerous shopping facilities nearby: Lidl (3 minutes), REWE (3 minutes) and Netto (4 minutes). The FIT/ONE fitness centre is also just 3 minutes away. There are also various restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Martin (25, Student), José (24, berufstätig) und Pedro (22, berufstätig). Wie du vielleicht schon an unseren Namen erkennen kannst, sind wir Spanier. Einige von uns sprechen Deutsch, aber da andere nur Englisch und Spanisch sprechen, suchen wir hauptsächlich jemanden, der eine dieser Sprachen spricht.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG, daher freuen wir uns immer, zusammen zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen. Natürlich ist es aber auch völlig in Ordnung, wenn du mal Zeit für dich brauchst und deinen eigenen Raum möchtest.

Your future flatmates are Martin (25, student), Jose (24, working) and Pedro (22, working). As you might guess from our names, we are Spaniards. Some of us speak German, but since others only speak English and Spanish, we are mainly looking for someone that speaks either of those languages.
It's not a "Zweck-WG", so we're always happy to cook or do something together. Of course, it's also perfectly fine if you need some time to yourself and want your own space.
