Since I'm moving out to live with my girlfriend, I'm putting this ad up to find a Nachmieter/in from April 1st. The room will also be professionally cleaned before the handover.
The room comes fully furnished and has a nice balcony with a great view. It's especially nice in the summer when the nearby grape tree let's you pick fruit from it.
There's a small TV with a cable connection and WiFi available included in the Nebenkosten.
If you're a musician, great news- There's a sound insulated practice room in the basement where you can play music. I myself play bass and guitar and have used it very often.
The location is in Kaltental, about 8 minutes by foot away from the U-bahn station. There is a specialty coffee store right next door called 'Cortegas'. There's also a cute convenience store nearby called 'Küssle‘s Feinkost' where you can buy freshly baked goods or specialty wine.
You can get to the Vaihingen Bahnhof relatively fast with the U14, or to Marienplatz in the opposite direction.
We typically have a very relaxed flat lifestyle. Your future flatmates include a PhD student who works at DLR and a bacheor's student at Daimler in Sindelfingen. There's a nice garden where we often have barbeques in the summer with the others living in the building. The apartment has a washing machine that you are free to use. There is a dryer in the basement as well.
The rent is a flat rate and there are no additional costs apart from the final cleaning fee of €80, which is due when you move out.
