Hallo WG-suchende,
da meinw Mitbewohnerin leider raus zieht, wird bei uns ab 1.12 (früher Einzugstermin eventuell auch möglich) ein Zimmer frei. Daher suche ich jemand aufgeschlossenen und geselligen, der mit mir eine 2er WG in einer renovierten Wohnung in Stuttgart Süd teilen möchte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet für eine WG, recht viel Komfort. Dein Zimmer ist 16 mq groß und verfügt über einen schönen Blick auf den Fernsehnturm. Es gibt dazu noch ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten inbegriffen (auch Internet Flat).

Hallo everyone,
unfortunately my housemate is moving out, thus there is a free room available from 1st December (possible also to move in one or two weeks before). The room is 16mq, with a nice view on the TV Tower, and is part of a bright flat made of a big living room (with sofa, armchairs and table to have lunch or dinner), an equipped Kitchen with small balcony and a complete Bath (with Bath tub). In the Rent (warm) all costs are included (also Internet Flat).
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 Minuten vom Erwin-Schöttle-Platz entfernt, ist somit gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden (U1-U9-U34 Bus 42). Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Schwabstrasse ist auch nur 10 Minuten zum Fuß entfernt. Ganz nah ist auch das Hallenbad sowie eine Sporthalle und schöne Hügel zum Spazierengehen.

The Flat is in a good position, circa 2 minutes walking distance to Erwin-Schöttle-Platz ( U1-U9- U34 and Bus 42) and 10 minutes to Schwabstrasse (S-Bahn) stop.
Close by you can find the Sport Center "Schickardhalle", the Swimming Pool Heslach (both 3 minutes walk) and several markets and café (Marienplatz - 10 minutes walking).
If you have a car, you can also rent a parking place in the internal yard (cost to be negotiate with the owner) or parking in the parallel street (for free, 5 minutes walking)
Zu mir: ich bin 36 Jahr alt, berufstätig und komme aus Italien. Ich bin aufgeschlossen, koche gerne und bin immer für was zu haben. Ich gehe gerne aus oder verbringe einen gemütlichen Abend mit ein paar Freunden bei einem Glass Wein zu Hause. Unten der Woche mag ich aber auch gerne ein bisschen Ruhe genießen zu können. Ich suche eine/n nette/n ruhige/n MitbewohnerIn, mit wem ich gerne was gemeinsam unternehmen kann. Sauberkeit sollte für dich kein fremdes Wort sein ;) Das WG-Leben ist sehr freundschaftlich und auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG.

About me: I am 36 years old and live in Stuttgart since 2008 (originally I am Italian). I am open to get to know new people, having dinners with friends or just a glass of wine. I play squash, go to fitness club and enjoy going to cinema or concerts. Of course I also appreciate some "relaxed" evenings on sofas watching films or having nice talks.
I am looking for an active and enterprising housemate, someone with hobbys and interests who is willing to get to know new people and would like to live the WG- Life (NO Zweck-WG or regular closed doors!!).. You should also have been lived in other WG and you should be clean and tidy (at least in the common areas :p)
