Ich biete ab dem 01.03 bis zum 31.03. ein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und komplett möbliert. Es liegt im 3. Stock. Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim und deshalb ist eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung notwendig. Bei Interesse oder weiterführenden Fragen gerne eine Nachricht an mich schreiben. Wenn du schon auf der Warteliste des Studierendenwerks für einen Wohnheimplatz stehst besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer im Anschluss zu übernehmen, hierfür ist aber eine Absprache mit der Wohnheimverwaltung nötig, und kann nicht garantiert werden.

I am offering a room in a student dormitory for subletting from March 1st, 2025 until to March 31st, 2025. The room is 12 m² and fully furnished. It is on the third floor. The room is a student dormitory and therefore a certificate of enrollment is required. If you are interested or have any further questions, please send me a message. If you already are on the waitinglist for the student dormitory it is possible to switch after the sublet to a "normal" contract and to keep the room. But therefore, it is necessary to talk to the housing administration and it is not guaranteed that this is possible.
