The room has 2 windows making it nicely bright during the day, with a wonderful view at night. Each window has an outside shutter and can be darkened completely.
The room is 14m2, and has a radiator that can warm up the space perfectly in the colder months.
It will be delivered empty and with the walls painted fully white. The furniture in the pictures is not available.
The ceiling lamp will stay and can be taken over for free.
The walls of the room are very thick so you don't hear your flatmates and can watch TV until late at night if you want 😄
There's a TV port as well as various electric sockets.
This WG is located in Stuttgart West. The Sbahn Schwabstraße is a 5 minute walk, and it can take you into the city center in 5 minutes. Bus 92 and 42 are super close by.
There is a REWE supermarket that's opened until midnight on a 15min distance from the flat.
Stuttgart West is a nice residential area with a bunch of restaurants nearby.
There are also plenty of Pharmacies, a DM, and Edeka at walking distance.

Our kitchen has a dishwasher, and a big fridge + big freezer so all 3 WG flatmates have enough space to put their groceries. There's also an oven and microwave, and you can enjoy your food at our table with a great view.
The flat has 2 storage units where you can stall bikes or other bigger items like suitcases. There is a laundry room downstairs where we have 1 washing machine and a bunch of drying racks. Usage is free.
We have a WLAN internet contract that's 250 mbit.
There's a small balcony in the flat with a beautiful outlook over Stuttgart West.
Our bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
