The apartment is located on the first floor in a four-rooms WG. The available room is oriented east with a view of Hauptstätterstraße. The previous roomie is selling her bed, matress, mirror, chair and wardrobe for 120 euros (we will add more photos of the room and furniture when Nele cleans it and we take new pictures :) The room is available from January the 1st, but there is a possibility to move in on December the 1st, if the stars align. We have WG Puffer for emergencies and new person should pay 25% of it to replace amount of a roomie who is moving out (at the moment circa 400 euros, but this might be less by the time new person comes). The room that is available to rent is the only room in our WG that is not next to one of the other rooms, so it has the most privacy. On one side of the room there is living room, and on another there is a big wall separating us from our neighbours.
The WG is located literally at Marienplatz, a 1-minute walk from the U-Bahn, bus and Zacke. Nearby we have restaurants, bars, a bakery, dm, Rewe, Netto, Norma and Burger King, all within 1 minute walking distance.
Current roomies are Evelyn, Lan and Darko. Evelyn and Darko are introverts who take time to relax with new people, but once they do, they are very talkative and like to socialize. However, they also like to spend time alone in their rooms. That makes things a bit harder for Lan, since he is an extrovert who was sentenced to live with people who are into "me-time" and self-care. However, we get along really well together. Sometimes we socialize while cooking and eating together, sometimes we do basic sports together and sometimes we have an emergency meeting to talk about feelings and other important stuff. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, also are you really reading this? What is your favorite pokemon? We don't like when someone is not capable of basic cleaning and responsibilities in the WG, so keep that in mind when applying. We would like to have a roommate older than 30, it is simply our WG vibe that we would like to maintain. Other than that, we don't care if you are white German, Ausländer, male, female, queer or straight, nobody has priority here. If you are a kind person, you are welcome.
