Hello everyone,
I am subletting my room in Straussi 3 on Campus Vaihingen - Uni Stuttgart from 15.12.2024 to 12.01.2025 (4 weeks).
Room comes furnished with single bed, wardrobe, table, chair etc. It is located in a 4-person sharing WG on the 1st floor, with a shared kitchen, living room, one storeroom, two toilets and one shower/bath. There are rooms in WG areas for laundry that come with separate washers and dryers.
Rent: €353 for whole duration of sublet
Internet: €9.5/month (but I won't charge it)
Kaution (Deposit): €100

WG is ideally located on Uni Stuttgart Vaihingen campus. It is 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop, and 5 minutes away from the Universitat S-Bahn station. Netto and Fresh market is 8 mins away from the WG.
There is a lot of greenery and small lake near the WG. If you like long walks or hiking, you can hike 6-8km to Botnang from the trails leading from the University Campus.
You will be joining 3 flat mates (3 guys) from different ethnic background, so you will get full international experience hahah. You can go along with others at your own pace.
We all along go along really well and we keep the WG clean. We have weekly cleaning schedule that keeps rotating for a tidy apartment.
Since it is a student dormitory, you need to be a student. A Letter of enrollment should be sufficient for that.
I am asking for the caution (deposit) amount as a safety net. I will return the amount once the sublet ends and there is no damage to the room.
