Ich biete ein 16 m² großes Zimmer in meiner schönen Wohnung am Stöckach an. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Straße. Auf Anfrage könnte eine Matratze zur Verfügung gestellt werden (das Bett auf dem Bild wird leider nicht mehr da sein).

I'm offering a 16 m² room in my beautiful apartment in Stöckach. The room is bright and has a large window with a nice view of the street. A mattress can be provided upon request (the bed in the picture will unfortunately no longer be there).
Die Lage ist ideal: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, und die Haltestellen Stöckach und Metzstraße sind in nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe – der Penny ist 5 Minuten entfernt, und zum Rewe sind es ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß.

The location is ideal: The apartment is in a quiet area, and the Stöckach and Metzstraße tram stops are just a 4-minute walk away. Shopping options are nearby – Penny is a 5-minute walk, and Rewe is about a 13-minute walk away.
Ich werde von Januar bis Mai aus beruflichen Gründen im Ausland sein, und während dieser Zeit wird mein Partner in der Wohnung bleiben. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das zum Entspannen und für das Zusammenleben zur Verfügung steht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht.
