Das Haus hat eine kleine Toilette und ein großes Bad. Außerdem gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche und im Erdgeschoss einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Billardtisch, so dass das Haus ideal ist, um Freunde einzuladen. Im Erdgeschoss wohnen vier weitere Personen.
Außerdem gibt es im Keller eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner.

The room is located in a renovated villa. The room is fully furnished and you do not need to bring anything with you. The furniture is included in the room and you don't have to pay anything extra.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Helfferichstraße, einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Stuttgart, ganz in der Nähe des Killesbergs. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle (44), nur ein Minut entfernt, die alle 10 Minuten fährt und in weniger als 10 Minuten bist du am Hbf. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt neben dem Haus, ansonsten haben Sie auch Milaneo und Killesberg weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß für mehr Optionen.
Dies ist eine der besten Gegenden von Stuttgart, wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden mögen, und auf einem Hügel gibt es mehrere Aussichtspunkte in der Nähe, wo Sie die Stadt sehen können.
The house is located in Helfferichstraße, a very quiet area of Stuttgart, very close to the Killesberg. There is a bus stop (44) just a minut away that runs every 10 minutes and in less than 10 minutes you are at the main station. Also there is a small supermarket next to the house, otherwise you also have Milaneo and Killesberg less than 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes walk for more options.
This is one of the best areas of Stuttgart if you like peace and quiet, and on a hill there are several viewpoints nearby where you can see the city.
Das Leben im Haus ist recht ruhig. Zurzeit leben Priscilla, Amoud und Basheer in dem Haus. Sie sind alle sehr nette junge Leute unter 28 Jahren. Einige arbeiten, andere studieren, und wir sind normalerweise den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Sie sind nette Leute und helfen einem immer, wenn man etwas braucht. Dann gibt es unten noch ein nettes junges Paar, einen Mann, und ein Zimmer ist noch frei.
Manchmal treffen wir uns im Gemeinschaftsraum, um Billard zu spielen, zu plaudern und ein Bier zu trinken.
Life in the house is quite quiet. Priscilla, Amoud and Basheer currently live in the house. They are all very nice young people under the age of 28. Some work, some study and we are usually out all day. They are nice people and always help you if you need anything. Then there's a nice young couple downstairs, a man, and there's still a spare room.
Sometimes we meet in the common room to play pool, chat and have a beer
