Suche ein oder zwei nette Mitbewohner *innen im Alter zwischen 30 und 50 für eine schöne Altbauwohnung im Stuttgarter Westen. Das grosse Zimmer ist 25qm mit Erker und Stuck und kostet 580 Euro plus 60 Euro NK, das kleine Zimmer hat 11-12 qm und kostet 300 Euro plus 50 NK. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 82qm mit Balkon oder Wintergarten, Diskokugel und Kronleuchter im Bad. Die Wohnung ist meine eigene, bin aber kein Kontrolleurscharakter. Referenzen sind bB verfügbar :).
Ich selbst arbeite unter der Woche und manchmal auch am WE in ner anderen Stadt als Ärztin, vermisse aber ein bisschen Stuttgart und das Stadtleben und würde deshalb, wenn es sich ergibt, wieder eine Wohngemeinschaft mit guten, offenen und lustigen Menschen aufmachen. Ich selbst bin eigentlich recht nett.
