It’s also close to shops (Coop, Spar), all kinds of public transport, restaurants, and offices.
The flat with a separate kitchen is very quiet and bright, the flat is overlooking a inner garden.
The flat is fully renovated, with new furniture, fully equipped (2 air conditioners in the 2 rooms, Bosch dishwasher, granite sink, economical gas heating without sound, with automatic temperature regulation, AEG washing machine, big fridge and freezer, microwave, glass ceramic hob, electric oven, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, dishes, vacuum cleaner, mop set, iron, ironing board, dryer, tv, duvet, bedding, towels, etc.).
