This is a newly renovated registered neo-classical building with three apartments:
- Second floor has four rooms
- First floor has four rooms and
- Ground floor three rooms.
- Each room has its own assigned bathroom and is furnished with a closet, bed and desk with chair
- Each floor has one common kitchen equipped with the basics (mugs, glasses, cutlery and plates) and one common lounge.
- The side costs are including Internet and the upfront payment for heating/power/water until the invoices arrive and are split according to consumption. Depending on the consumption might be additional payments for heating/power/water.
- Bedding&towels is not provided, can be borrowed for a fee.
The white tower is the landmark in Thessaloniki. Our building is 500m air distance away from the white tower.

It is a 5 min walk to the seafront
There are 4 supermarkets in less than 5 min walking distance, also banks, several restaurants, tavertnns and bars/cafes.
Your co-tenants are students either ERASMUS or international Graduate students.
Each tenant has a room with an assined bathroom, there 11 rooms. So we have 11 private rooms and bathrooms.
Each floor has a shared kitchen and living room. A cleaning person is cleaning the common areas once per week - without washing dishes or bathrooms.
House rules must be followed. Guests can stay up to 5 days after presenting and ID.
We look for tenants on mainly in Feb and Sept, based on the UNI schedule.
M/F/D welcome. Time limited accommodation.
we talk on the phone, exchange details and provide a rental contract in greek and english for review.
