Introduction and Accommodation Inquiry

Hello All,
My name is Afreen Parween, and I am writing to inquire about available accommodation. I am starting my master’s studies at the University of Trier and I am looking for a place to stay.

A little about myself:

I am 25 years old, a peaceful, well-mannered, and respectful individual. I am very focused on my studies and value privacy, but I also enjoy a balanced social life. I love making new friends and creating a positive and friendly
atmosphere wherever I live.

My hobbies include playing basketball and writing poems. I have been playing basketball since my school days and continue to enjoy the sport.

I will be paying rent on time through a block account, ensuring reliability in all transactions.

I have a deep respect for others' property and always ensure that I leave any place I live in as clean and well-maintained as I found it. I treat rental
properties with the utmost care and attention.

I have previous experience living in hostels during my bachelor’s studies, which has taught me the importance of being helpful, cooperative, punctual, and
maintaining a neat and clean living environment.

Here are the details I’m looking for:
• Preferably a single studio or shared apartment ( Only Female Roommate)
• Budget: 300-400 euros
• Move-in date: 1 to 11 Nov 2024

Currently I am staying in a sublet for a month and need help for an accommodation.

I am looking for a long-term rental commitment, as I will be in Trier for the duration of my two-year master’s program.

I am committed to sustainable living practices and am mindful of energy and water usage, recycling, and other eco-friendly practices.
