Unsere Wohngemeinschaft ist wirklich gut gelegen und hat eine super Busanbindung. Das Max-Planck-Institut liegt in der Nachbarschaft und ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, aber durch die gute Busverbindung hat man einige Möglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Bäckerei. Die Gegend ist ein sehr ruhiger und wohnlicher Ort.
Die Internetverbindung ist gut.
Das Zimmer ist mit Teppichboden ausgestattet und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Allerdings gibt es ein kleines Einbauregal, dass sehr nützlich ist um allerlei Dinge zu lagern. Das Zimmer ist gut heizbar und wird durch umgebendes Grün im Sommer nicht heiß.
Die WG ist in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen, mit den Nachbarn verstehen wir uns sehr gut.
Zusätzlich zu Miete muss noch für Internet und Strom gezahlt werden (ca. 25 Euro pro Monat).
Wir haben eine Küche, die mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen usw. ausgestattet ist. In der WG gibt es auch kein Wohnzimmer, aber wir unterhalten uns gerne in der Küche. Bitte schreib uns dein Lieblingsessen in deiner Bewerbung :)
Wir freuen uns auf einen ruhigen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner, der auch gerne mal mit uns in der Küche plaudert.
Our shared flat is really well located and has great bus connections. The Max Planck Institute is in the neighborhood and is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away, but the good bus connection means you have a few options. There is also a bakery nearby. The area is a very quiet and homely place.
The internet connection is good.
The room is carpeted and is rented unfurnished. However, there is a small built-in shelf that is very useful for storing all kinds of things. The room is easy to heat and does not get hot in summer due to the surrounding greenery.
The flat share is located in a quiet apartment building and we get on very well with the neighbors.
In addition to the rent, we have to pay for internet and electricity (approx. 25 euros per month-).
We have a kitchen that is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc. There is no living room in the flat share, but we like to chat in the kitchen. Please write us your favorite food in your application :)
We are looking forward to a quiet and tidy roommate who also likes to chat with us in the kitchen.
