Großes, helles Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Krumme Brücke und das Schloss zu vermieten! Da sich mein Master dem Ende neigt, werde ich das schöne Tübingen leider wieder verlassen.
Folgende Möbel würden gegen Übernahmekosten von 200 Euro im Zimmer verbleiben: Bett IKEA Brimnes 140 x 200 (inkl. Lattenrost jedoch ohne Matratze), Schreibtischstuhl, kleine Kommode und auf Wunsch auch der Kleiderschrank.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, zwei renovierte Bäder und Klo und vor allem einer großen Traumterrasse.

Large, bright room with a fantastic view of the Krumme Brücke and the castle for rent! As my Master's degree is coming to an end, I will unfortunately be leaving beautiful Tübingen.
The following furniture would remain in the room for 200 euros: Bed IKEA Brimnes 140 x 200 (incl. slatted frame but without mattress), desk chair, small chest of drawers and, if desired, the closet.
The rest of the apartment is top equipped with everything you need, two renovated bathrooms and toilet and above all a large dream terrace.

Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, am Rande der Weststadt. Direkt an der Krummen Brücke / Jakobuskirche mit Bushaltestellen, Löwenladen, Döner, Kneipen, Bars und Kinos, alles höchstens 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

The shared flat is very centrally located in the city center, on the edge of Weststadt. Right next to the Krumme Brücke / Jakobuskirche with bus stops, Löwenladen, kebab stores, pubs, bars and cinemas, all within a 5-minute walk.

Unser WG-Zusammenleben ist sehr harmonisch und entspannt. Soweit es die Terminpläne zulassen kochen und grillen wir gerne zusammen, trinken Bier und gehen auch gelegentlich mal zusammen feiern. Selbstverständlich respektieren wir gegenseitig auch die Ruhe, wenn man diese zum Arbeiten, Ausruhen oder Abschalten braucht.
Da unsere WG in ihrer jetzigen Konstellation noch recht frisch ist, freuen wir uns darauf, das Zusammenleben ganz nach Lust und Laune gemeinsam zu gestalten. Aktuell studieren wir Friedensforschung und Japanologie im Master und Lehramt. Wir sind alle schon eine Weile dabei und suchen daher eine/n Mitbewohner*in, der/die ebenfalls bereits im fortgeschrittenen Studium oder einer ähnlichen Lebensphase steckt.
WG-Erfahrung wäre optimal, Sauberkeit sollte kein Fremdwort für dich sein und Raucher sind nicht so gern gesehen. Ansonsten sind wir offen für alles ;)

Our shared flat is very harmonious and relaxed. As far as our schedules allow, we like to cook and barbecue together, drink beer and occasionally go out partying together. Of course, we also respect each other's peace and quiet when we need it to work, rest or switch off.
As our shared flat is still quite new in its current constellation, we are looking forward to living together as the mood takes us. We are currently studying Peace Studies and Japanese Studies in the Master's program and Education. We have all been studying for a while and are therefore looking for a flatmate who is also at an advanced stage of their studies or in a similar phase of life.
Shared flat experience would be ideal, cleanliness should not be a foreign word for you and smokers are not so welcome. Otherwise we are open to everything ;)
