The room is bright, simple and square, including 2 chairs, a mattress, the slatted frames, and the table.
Water, gas, electricity, broadcasting fees are already included.
Using the washing machine in the basement costs 1 euro per cycle.
There are no other "hidden" fees.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Zentrum von Tübingen und ist dennoch völlig still gelegen. In der Nähe sind Saints and Scholars, Rewe, der botanische Garten, das Anytime Gym, die UB und die Innenstadt - alles erreichbar in maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuß.

The room is located in the centre of Tübingen, yet it is very quiet. Nearby is an Irish Pub ("Saints and Scholars"), a supermarket ("Rewe"), the botanische Garten, a fitness club ("Anytime gym"), the university library and the inner city - all within five minutes reach by foot.
"Leben und leben lassen" ist meine Devise gepaart mit ein paar Grundregeln zu den Themen Müll, Hygiene.
Als Einkommensnachweis reicht ein Arbeitsvertrag.
