Are you looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tübingen? We've got you covered! Our fantastic flat share is perfect for anyone who wants to live in a cozy and fully-furnished room.
The room is very spacious (25m2), bright, and fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, and plenty of storage space. You'll also have access to all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
There's also a possibility for extending the contract for longer term.
Located in the heart of Lustnau, our flat is just three minutes away from local shops (Rewe, bakery, etc.), some restaurants, and a nice café. Plus, with a bus stop just a minute away, you'll have easy access to public transportation that will take you to the city center (around 10 mins) and other nearby destinations. There's also the forest (in the direction of Bebenhausen) to have a nice walk or a bike ride on sunny days.
What really sets our flat share apart is the amazing flatmate you'll share the space with. She's a Russian chemist that finished the PhD a few months ago, very friendly, easy-going, and always up for a good conversation. You'll love living with her!
The room is available for a sublet of three/four months, with the possibility of extension. So, whether you're in town for a short stay or planning to stay longer, our flat share is the ideal solution. Just drop me a message to schedule a viewing (either online/in person).
