Hallo zukünftiger Mitbewohner/in,
in unserer schönen WG ist ab 01. August oder auf Wunsch auch schon ab sofort ein Zimmer zur unbefristeten Miete frei. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und unmöbliert. Das eine Fenster ist dem nebenliegenden Gebäude zugewandt und das zweite Fenster dem hinter dem Haus liegenden Garten. Daher ist es recht leise und der Verkehr ist nur bei geöffnetem Fenster zu Stoßzeiten wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist klein und sehr gemütlich, aber trotzdem voll ausgestattet: Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, zusätzlicher Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Auch eine Waschmaschine besitzen wir. Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung noch zwei Kellerräume und ein gemeinsam genutzter Raum, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

Dear future flatmate,
you are going to live in a very nice room that is about 16 sqm and has two windows. The room is available from 1st of August or immediately. As the windows are not located towards the main street, you won't have problems with noise. The room is not furnished.
Our flat is located on the first floor of the house. The kitchen is a bit small, but cozy, new and functional. It is equipped with all the necessary: stove/oven, big fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. In the flat there’s also a washing machine. Besides, there are 2 small basements in the house that belong to our flat and a common bike storage room.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt situiert, sodass du in zwei Minuten an der Bushaltestelle (Linien 7, 1 und 22) und nach 5 Minuten bereits beim Bäcker oder am Einkaufszentrum Lustnau bist. Dort gibt es auch Apotheken, Schreibwarenläden, einen Rewe, eine Metzgerei und ein Postamt. Wenn du gerne draußen bist, dann ist der Wald nur 10 Minuten entfernt und lädt zum Spazieren gehen und Joggen ein.
Wenn du viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, dann schaffst du es in 10 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Bus bist du 15 Minuten bis zum Nonnenhaus unterwegs.
Parkplätze findest du hier auf jeden Fall!

The house has a very good location :)
It’s in Lustnau, which means that is not far from the city center but also not far from the nature (there’s the Schönbuch and the Neckar nearby). You can reach the bus stop within 2 minutes (lines 7, 1 and 22) and within a few more minutes, you will find bakeries, supermarket (REWE), butchery, post office and pharmacy. By bike
it just takes about 10 minutes to the city center and if you have a car, you can easily park it nearby
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind: Paolo aus Italien und berufstätig, Lukas aus Deutschland und Dualer Student bei Hugo Boss und Jonas aus Deutschland, studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaft. Paolo ist gerade dabei deutsch zu lernen und freut sich darauf, es im Gespräch üben zu können ;)
Das Leben in der WG ist unkompliziert, und tagsüber sind meistens alle entweder an der Uni oder bei der Arbeit. Abends gehen wir jedoch gerne auch auf ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein raus oder essen gemeinsam zu abend oder quatschen einfach nur. Trotzdem kann sich jeder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn ihm danach ist. Da wir keine Zweck-WG sind, helfen wir einander auch gerne aus, wenn der Schuh drückt.
In unserer Freizeit treffen wir gerne Freunde, spielen Volleyball, schwimmen oder fahren Fahrrad.

In the flat, you are going to live together with Paolo from Italy, a postdoctoral employee, Lukas from Germany, student/employee and Jonas from Germany, who is studying economics. Paolo is currently learning German and very looking forward to improving it :)
Life in the WG runs easily, during the day we are outside but when the schedules allow we like to have dinner or a beer/glass of wine together and chat. Everybody can have his own space and privacy and if needed we can always help each other. In our free time we like to do some sports (like volleyball, swimming, mountainbiking) watch movies or go out with friends.
