It is an extremely spacious room for a single person with 3 heaters and 3 large windows ensuring plenty of sunlight.
I currently use a convertible sofa as a bed and a laptop table, both of which are included in the room for free.
I also have a makeshift wardrobe which if needed could be sold for an agreed upon amount.
The Unterjesingen Sandäcker train station is just a 3 min walk from the WG.
Similarly the Unterjesingen Süd bus stop is also a 3 min walk.
The WG is right next to the highway also allowing for easy access.
Your flatmate would be Sven, who studies his Bachelors in Chemistry.
In general he prefers someone who can help keep the flat clean.
There is WiFi, oven, dishwasher and a good refrigerator+freezer that is also covered in the flat. No additional costs are required for these items.
I am looking for someone who can replace me. Ideally I would like to find one before the 27th of November. Room viewings are also possible, kindly message me to schedule one 😁
