The room has an extensive heating system and features views of the happening Haaggasse street. The apartment is located on the second floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 washroom (1 shower and 2 toilets), a small storage room, furnished kitchen and a huge balcony with a pathway to the castle. The apartment has a dishwasher, oven, drying space, washing machine, and all the utensils. The house is fully furnished and has everything one needs to seamlessly begin living here.

As the house is located in the Haaggasse street which is in the city center, all the central bus stops are within walking distance. Neckarbrücke, Wilhelmstraße, and Stadtgraben can all be reached within less than 10minutes of walking and all the buslines go from there. The street is home to couple of beer gardens, bars, and antique shops. Hauptbahnhof can be reached in 15 minutes walking. The marktplatz and grocery shops like Asian Haus, Rewe and Lowen Laden are within 5minutes of walking distance. A shopping center with Edeka and DM near Nonnenhaus are also close, taking 10minutes to reach.

You will be sharing the flat with Khushi, a PhD student in Neuroscience at the Uni Klinikum. She is outgoing, friendly and a great cook! The everyday life in the apartment is pretty flexible and you can engage as per your interest. We clean the common spaces once a week and sometimes cook together.

Sie teilen sich die Wohnung mit Khushi, einer Doktorandin der Neurowissenschaften am Uniklinikum. Sie ist aufgeschlossen, freundlich und eine tolle Köchin! Der Alltag in der Wohnung ist ziemlich flexibel und du kannst dich je nach Interesse einbringen. Wir putzen die Gemeinschaftsräume einmal in der Woche und kochen manchmal zusammen.
The rent includes all utilities plus internet and GeZ. A bicycle is also available to use for free. The dates are flexible so even if you want to rent for a shorter period, I would be happy to chat and discuss the details.
