I'm subletting my furnished room (~20m^2) in a beautiful apartment 137 m^2 (see pictures) with 2 fantastic roommates in a central location (1 minute from the Neue Aula bus stop). The apartment is less than 5 minute walk from old town and a 5 minute bus to the Max Planck Institute.
The apartment is fully furnished and has beautiful high ceiling that make it feel much more spacious than it already is.
The apartment will be available from May 1 - September 30. The rent is 700/month and the deposit is 700. Everything - internet, electricity, etc. is included.
The other rooms in the apartment:

Die Wohnung ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und ein 5 Minuten Bus zum Max-Planck-Institut.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat schöne hohe Decken, die es fühlen sich viel geräumiger als es bereits ist.
Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Mai bis zum 30. September verfügbar. Die Miete beträgt 700/Monat und die Kaution 700. Alles - Internet, Strom, usw. - ist inbegriffen.

The flat is 1 minute walk from The Neue Aula bus stop. Hence, it is central (less than 5 minute walk) to the old town, parks, grocery stores, university campus. The 3/4 busses are 1 minute away to the Max Planck Institute. The Wilhelmstraße bus stop is 3 minutes away with connections to the university clinic.
