A fully furnished room of approx. 12 sqm with an additional usable area in total of approx. 45 sqm including shared kitchen, dinning and living room with attached open balcony. Facilities of washing machine and a dishwasher are available.

Nearby bus stop is within a minute (on-foot).
Bus stop: Lusstraße - Bus 7 with a frequency of 15 min on weekdays and 30 min of weekends.
Viewing in-person is available.
City registration not possible.

Nice and quiet in Pfrondorf with access to public transport (bus) approx. 100 m in every 15 min on weekdays and 30 min of weekends. Bakery (Padeffke) is available nearby approx 450 m on foot and just one stop by bus.
Location is full with fresh air with a good view from the balcony.
Room is in the flat shared with landlord living on the first floor while another room on ground floor. All of them maintain cleanliness in kitchen and toilet.
Landlord is okay with inviting guests and maintain everyone's privacy. You can make use of his utensils available and he also brings the cleaning accessories (dishwasher liquid).
I personally know that 500 EUR is a lot but considering the area and the facilities provided this is good place to stay.
