A very nice, fully furnished and quiet single room apartment in the attractive city location is available for short or long time. The house is a modern building. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. there are four single rooms size 12m2 (12-meter square) with a big window, two shared washrooms, kitchen and common space including small size storeroom.
The apartment will be free for the period from 01 May, 2020. There are 3 other quiet neighbors in the house (mostly students). All the household task carried out weekly basis. Cooperation is recommended.
The house is located in the city location, name Ubach-Palenburg. From the house, everything is well connected and the best neighborhood. From here you can easily go to the Netto, Lidl or Aldi withing 6-8 min walking distance. Besides Rathaus (for city registration), Sparkasse bank are within 5-8 min walking distance. It has a well-connected train and bus connection within 12 min walking distance from the house. It takes around 14-16 mins to reach RWTH Aachen University. Last but not least the environment here is quite soothing and perfect for students and job holder.
Ukraine: one of the members is from Ukraine and a student. Remain silent most of the time. He likes to hear music and cook occasionally. Very helpful and approachable.
Iranian: One of the members is Iranian and also students. Cook occasionally and always remain silent. Cleaned and tidy up the room and quite friendly and helpful.
Turkimiddle-agedaged guy. He occasionally stayed here and only comes once or twice a week. Very humble and helpful.
All cleaning process is done every week and you can schedule your own time with other tenant and they will happy to assist you in every occasion.
I rented the apartment furnished with:
single bed, wardrobe, computer table, two chairs, wall shelf, two mini wardrobes, mirror, and few hangers.
kitchen equipment is shared and can be used by all (basically you don't have to bring anything).
